Tom Riley has completed numerous projects for me over the past 12 years (both big and small) and I must say that you cannot find a more honest and trustworthy contractor around. From start to finish Tom's main concern is that his client is satisfied with the work. He goes above and beyond to insure a happy customer. I highly recommend Riley Construction for any and all construction projects you may have around the house.

Added an attached carport and deck cover. Completed on time and professionally done per contract details. Good communication and oversight by management. Both covers are exactly what was expected. Crew was professional and hard working and willing to answer any questions. Riley Construction also repaired my detached garage after a tree fall a few years ago. The quality of their work is obvious. I highly recommend them for these types of projects.

We hired Tom for a remodel to enclose a carport, install all the exterior doors, all electrical , hang cabinets, all the tile work, complete paint job,ready for carpet and we agreed to that verbally agreed on a price of $64000 and a $30,000 down payment and balance upon completion,and we gave him the down payment, when we got the contract it said that that he can ask for money anytime he wants, everything we wanted Tom keep taking it away from us,we have paid him $50,000, no permits were pulled and the job is not close to being done and most of the work that was done needs to be repaired

I'm looking for a contractor to fix the problems Riley left me. Major leaking in three different place from a second story addition. They fixed two of the problems, then told me they lost money on the job and haven't returned to fix the leaking.

These are hard workers, fast and efficient. We threw several add on projects and it didn't faze them at all. We would hire them for any other project.

After waiting months on a former contractor to get a job done. I contacted Riley Construction. Out the next day for estimate. Construction began next day and finished the next. 3 days start to finish carport and deck canopy. Excellent quality, service and within estimate. . I recommend Riley Construction.

Put in a nonconforming/non permitted gas line. Structurally unsound pergola and a fireplace surround full of water and the stone fell off. They did not warranty the work so we had to hire someone to fix the pergola by adding structure hardware. The posts were not set in the ground nor properly attached to the ground to support the weight.

We are going into final stages of a reno of a rambler for a private school. Tom and Kai handled the "surprises" we found such as rotted timbers, strange ductwork, makeshift home repair done by former owners, etc. When done, the house will be tiptop and I know everything that was done will be to code. So far, excellent work. Hopefully, we can actually do the addition, too.

All the workers were friendly and courteous. The lead was great at communicating and would even text me information when not on site. They worked hard to make our large project a wonderful space.

Our house remodeling/addition project is half way through now. So far it has been progressing well. The quarlity of the work is very good. It is always easy to get hold of Mr. Riley and the project leader (Kai), who is exceptionally knowledgeable and very good with his customers. We are hoping the whole remodeling project goes well, and to be completed as planned.
