The techs were well groomed, in marked vehicles & very kind. They informed me of the cause for my problem & gave me three options (good, better, best) for the repair. They kept me informed as they made the repair and were happy to walk through exactly what they did when they were complete. 5 Star Customer Service!

Had to purchase a new water heater and get it installed. Robert came out and gave is a couple of quotes and the agent, Ben, who I spoke to about getting the work started was a great help in getting things started fast and was very diligent with his responses. Great work, will be using Ricky Heath again in the future.
