    Rick's Repair came out in spite of rain conditions. He repaired a knocked down mailbox and post. He was on time, professional, friendly, and informative. I would highly recommend him.

    He didn't have the tools, material or knowledge to do the job correctly. I wouldn't hire this guy to hang a picture.

    John was a nice customer to work for. The existing attic steps were removed without issue and the new steps were installed with minor reconstruction of the rough opening. John's response to my text message as notify him that I was on my way and had stopped to pick up wood shim's was ..." I have already bought everything because I don't want you back here"! In addition, the composite manufactured molding that he purchased can be cut in place by using a square and utility knife.... not ideal but it's what I do for non conforming corners. In the end, I offered John a full refund through text message after I read his comments. John did not respond.

    Rick came to my house promptly. He was very clear about pricing and the work that needed to be done. He kept me updated on the process. He completed the work with minimal interference in my home. Highly recommended
