I needed a level 2 charger installed for my car. David called right away and we made an appt for him to come out to the house and give a quote and discuss where we wanted the charger installed. He told me at the time that if we agreed to have him do the project he could either do it that very same day or if not the next day. When he came out to the house we agreed to work with him. Now he tells us he cannot fit us in till a week later rather than same day or next day. Fine whatever. We agreed. The day of the install was yesterday. David shows up late after reaching out multiple times pushing the appt time back. He showed up unprepared for the project. He said now he needs a specialty circuit breaker. Wouldnt he have known that the week before when he came to the house to see where it was being installed etc? Anyways he wastes my husbands entire day. He claimed he couldnt find the part anywhere but Chandler and said he would be back later at 4pm to do the install. That never happened after he says he got a flat tire. He tells my husband he will for sure do the install the next day at 4pm after yet again another project. 4pm today rolls around and nothing. I reach out to him and he finally responds saying the other project is running late and he will be over after. Next he starts texting that he can do a temporary poke through the wall to install the outlet and come back another time to run the pipe over to the other wall where we actually wanted the charger installed. I told him I wanted him to just do the install like we had talked about. He was obviously trying to hurry things along because he knew he wasnt going to be able to do the install that day once again. At this point I was done. I contacted David and said we would not be needing his service. I felt like our project was not a priority and tired of being constantly pushed back. His response was trying to make us feel bad that he had to go to Chandler to get this specialty part that he should have known about when he was at the house the first time. Like it is our fault he came unprepared and had to go that far? Finally, David said in his own words that he is contracted with Remax and they are his priority and therefore basically Home Advisor is not. So in other words, if you are not a customer of his through his Remax contract you are not a priority of his at all. And as you can see that was exactly the case. Very unprofessional and I will be hiring someone else.

David showed up on time and did a great job at a fair price.

Dave was awesome. He gave an estimate and stuck to it. He knows what heâ s doing. He was able to wire electrical and install two ceiling fans in the bedrooms and then replaced the ceiling fan in the living room. Highly recommend him. We will be using him again in the future to wire and install fans for our covered porch once I find some I like.

Dave is true to his wordâ ¦ He quoted me a price and he stuck to it! I will definitely have him back to do additional electrical work!

David called, set up a time, came and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I will use him again.
