The electrician was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he did not make me feel uncomfortable in the least. The owner of the company came out the same day of the completed project just to make sure things were done right & to our satisfaction.

Did really good work and did made sure things were done correctly. Final cost was 3X the original bid. They had trouble bidding correctly on the work on a old home. The old home ended up having much more work than they originally thought.

Good morning Kerrie, thank you for the review. I apologize for the inconvenience of the miss quote. As city and state code requires; any electrical issues that are found that are not up to code needs to be addressed and fixed. Or we risk losing our license. Older homes that were custom built are exceptionally hard to foreseen all obstacles in the way of what should and can be just a simple job. As promised I gave a 10% discount and a full day work free to avoid the cost being even more. I hoped that was sufficient in providing you with great customer service on top of proper Electical work. Al did a great and fast job installing my EV charger outlet and am satisfy with his work when he showed up on Sunday. The drawback is Al did not come at a Saturday scheduled time, but did called he is 2 hours late. I have to call him to confirm he is coming. He did come 3-1/2 hours after the scheduled appointment and did a quick review and estimate but informed me he cannot perform the work at Saturday scheduled appointment bur did scheduled and did come back the next morning and do the installation.

Unfortunately, Al picked up a nail in his tire on Saturday and had to cancel Saturday's appointment to make sure he was able to get to a tire shop in time to get it patched. As promised he showed up on a day off to accommodate your job request and I'm happy to hear you are more than satisfied with his installation. Thank you again for the review.
