Knows structural causes but does not take into potential timeframe of occurance in relation to length of time. Example, potential structural concern but said issue has remained that way for 20 yrs without any form of addition deterioation.

Rhett was quick to cash the check, yet he did not send me the report nor will he answer the phone or reply to my text. He came out on 8-25-2016, cashed the check on 9-2-2016. As of this typing still no report, now his voice mail box is full. It was a foundation project but I am not satisfied with them.

I have never had to hire a Structural Engineer in over 10 property sales but I turned to HomeAdvisor and was put in contact with Mr. Davis. While he was across town in the Atlanta area, he worked me into his schedule and we walked through the issues brought out by the buyer of the home. Mr. Davis immediately went to work, helping me understand anything that I needed to do with the property and reviewing all of the buyers concerns. Mr. Davis performed the inspection and provided a timely report for the property sale. He worked well with me as we performed recommended repairs and then immediately provided report updates. Mr. Davis was professional, honest, trustworthy and was very helpful to me and my project. I would recommend Mr. Davis for any projects involving the need of a Structural Engineer and I plan on using his service for future property purchases of my own.
