Dave, the owner, and his technician, Oscar, came out to inspect a house I manage to see if we had any moisture issues in our bedroom and bathroom from a toilet that leaked. After a detailed inspection, it was determined that there were no issues. They took the time to walk me through their findings, show me the readings and make sure I felt completely comfortable with the outcome. It would have been very easy for them to say I had a problem and charge me to â fix itâ . It is welcoming to see a company provide an honest assessment and not take advantage of a property manager and the homeowner.

Had problems getting a hold of multiple companies before trying RestoPros, Dave not only answered right away, but he took the time with me on the phone to explain the process. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Dave and his team made the process easier and helped us through a difficult time. Hope to never have another issue like this but if I do, I will be calling RestoPros of North Tampa.

I wasnâ t really sure what to expect during this whole process, but I know my experience with Dave and his team from RestoPros of North Tampa far exceeded those expectations. He made a difficult situation for my wife and I much easier to get through. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has projects in mind or damaged items and wants them fixed correctly. We worked with Dave specifically and he was extremely punctual, very detail oriented and treated the project like it was being done for his own home.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
