    Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem. Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!! From the first contact with him on the phone he was open about his thoughts on what might/might not be causing the problem. Clear about pricing, and very accommodating in scheduling. On the day of the appointment he was here for about 2 hours, much of that time he spent educating me about our system, and left having solved the problem with a simple repair he did on-site, not replacing the entire part. He was friendly, straightforward and a thoroughly enjoyable person to have around that entire time. His time and expertise to SOLVE the issue cost us less than what we paid the other company just to do a somewhat uncertain diagnostic. Thank you Jeff! You are our new go-to, and we are so grateful for your time and skill.

    In the service industry its hard to find somebody who will give you a fair price and hard work. Jeff replaced my main sewer line at a reasonable price in a very reasonable time. He even made sure to make my lawn look nice after the job was done. I am thoroughly impressed with his honesty and craftsmanship and would use his services again any time.

    Fast response at a reasonable rate. Had an issue that couldn't wait at a rental house. I was having no luck finding a company that could respond so tenants didn't have to be relocated due to service failure. Resolute stepped in and handled the problem, immediately clearing the back-up and then scheduling the repairs for the next day.

    Great experience with this project. Friendly, knowledgeable, competent tradesmen. Had them extend gas piping from my utility room to my laundry room, works great! Now my clothes dry faster than they wash.

    We have worked with Jeff on several occasions as we have owned two older houses that have been in need of plumbing updates and repairs. We continue to call him because of the excellent work that he does, fantastic customer service and reasonable rates. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to explain the problem or what he is doing. We recommend him to anyone we know in need of a plumber.

    Without warning, all toilets in the house were plugged. Needless to say, this was an emergency. Jeff Neil called immediately after we put our problem out there on Home Adviser. He came over quickly, tried to snake the lines but something was blocking. After sending a camera down the line he discovered the problem: we had a root ball in our sewage line 60' from the house. Without hesitation, Jeff Neil came up with a plan to fix it. It required digging a 6 foot deep hole 4 feet wide and 4 feet long to get at the problem area. Luckily, they were able to get the root ball out, put on a new cap, fill the hole, and re-sod the front lawn. I was totally impressed with the professionalism, confidence, and competence of these guys. And man did they work hard. Oh, and the price was less than I thought. Thanks Jeff and John for all your hard work and getting us back to normal. I'd recommend you to anyone and will call the next time we need any plumbing or heating work.

    Jeff responded the same day I inquired which seems to be rare this day and age. Our project was to replace our bathtub. We ended up replacing the tub, toilet, subfloor & exterior wall. Jeff is fair with his pricing, and the work he does is second to none. Jeff is a master of his trade, and then some! He takes pride in his work, and it definitely shows. Jeff believes in the importance of doing things right versus first. As well as being a master of the trade, Jeff is friendly, courteous and falls into the category of good people. He definitely impressed us. Jeff is our go to guy from now on.

    Communication before the project was great.They were prompt and did a good job of installing the water heater and cleaning up. Nice guys to work with.
