The communication was great and Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up not needing remediation but he was generous with his recommendations for cleaning up and preventing surface mold in the future. Not to sound cliché, but the rescue brothers really did come to my rescue! After my hot water heater busted and flooded nearly 75% of my finished basement, I called the Rescue Brothers for my restoration needs and boy did they delivery. They arrived when they said they would (Iâ m very big on punctuality) , were very thorough with their work, knowledgeable , and professional. Joe was very understanding and took his time when explaining the process and answered every question I had (despite me asking numerous questions over and over). He was very honest and I do not feel as though he talked me into doing extra things that were not needed / made me spend extra money for no reason (unlike a lot of other companies out there).
