Mark has been wonderful to work with. Made a frustrating issue disappear very quickly.. Would call on Mark in the future, for any heating issues.

Several companies told me my system needed to be replaced when it did not. From Mark, I know he will be honest about what needs to be done, with no scare tactics.

My experience with Repairpro was incredible. Mark was the first company to call me back, and was able to respond quickly to our problem- not only to inspect but also DIAGNOSE our problem. (Other companies charge less for a service visit to look but won't actually diagnose/trouble shoot your problem.) Mark is a Pro! He fixed our problem the following day, and we had cool air in our house 24 hours after we contacted them! Plus, he explained what the issues were, and what we could do for preventive maintenance. He fixed our problem for a fraction of what we were expecting to pay with a smile and nothing less than exceptional customer service from himself and Jennifer. They are a great people running an honest company and you will not be sorry you called them but you may be sorry if you don't.

Mark and Jennifer of Repair Pro were so pleasant and easy to work with, and helped us to determine the best type of AC for our needs. When it came to installation it was obvious Mark and his assistant were professionals. They were on time, thorough, and very careful in all the phases of the install. We were impressed with the quality of their work and the equipment installed. The AC is quiet and efficient. Mark had to work in the attic on one of the hottest days of the year so that we seniors would have a comfortable home this summer. He and his assistant, Lanny, were indeed a blessing to us. We were pleasantly surprised to have had a follow-up call from Jennifer a few days after the install, just checking to make sure everything was working satisfactorily, and urging us to call them should we experience any difficulty in operating the AC. We have already recommended Repair Pro to several neighbors and friends after they experienced our now cool and comfortable home, and we will definitely recommend them to others. We could not have made a better choice than Repair Pro.
