Renovation Plus

I hired this company through Lowe's. They gave me a quote, and after showing up two hours late didn't want to do the work. The claimed they would come back the next day to install the water heater, but never did, and never contacted me to let me know why. So I still have water pouring onto my floor and need to start looking for another company, thanks for nothing. I would not recommend this company.

I met Rodis and his wife Esmeralda on a Thursday to for an estimate. They were on time, guaged the nature of the work, and gathered details required for an estimate. Esmeralda also helped to give me tips on some finishing touches I can do myself, as well as, helped ensure the paint colors would work in the space. I leaned heavily on Esmeralda's interior design skill to ensure the two paints I chose would work well and she did and absolutely outstanding job reccomending which walls should be painted which color. Rodis provided me a very reasonable estimate by the next day and after providing some work examples, I chose to hire them. We agreed on a date and they showed up on-time, well-prepared, and engaged. Esmeralda paid close attention to detail and even moved my appliances so they could paint behind them - a detail I missed. They were considerate with my furniture, friendly, and did an absolutely outstanding job. Once wrapped up, they cleaned up everything, which was done beyond my expectation, and had me do a walk-through. Renovation Plus went above and beyond on this job and tailored their service to my needs. I would absolutely do business with them again in the future and reccomend anyone considering them to allow them opportunity to work with you. I'm beyond pleased with the entire seamless transaction, quality of the work, and time to complete. Thank you Rodis and Esmeralda!

They were such hard working people. They did an excellent job and it turned out beautifully. I was so very pleased with the outcome. They were very professional and wanted to make sure everything turned right. They did their best to keep the dust down which was hard considering they took off the popcorn off the ceilings. They are very competitive in their pricing and I have already recommended them to others. You won't regret hiring this company.
