Project: Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring
Renovation Resolutions did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home, and installing new flooring throughout our entire first floor. We couldn’t be happier with how everything looks, even our neighbors have taken notice. We will definitely be hiring them for future projects. Everyone from the office staff to onsite crews were helpful, friendly, professional, and are clearly hard workers. Thank you Renovation Resolutions!

I had a complete remodel done on my 1980 built Renton home. This included the kitchen, two baths, laundry room, the entire interior painted and all new carpet throughout the house. After interviews with five different contractors, it was pretty clear that Renovation Resolutions was the way to go. Matt, the owner, came to my home personally for the interview. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. What sealed the deal was the second interview with Matt at his Sumner showroom. The showroom is huge with a wide array of flooring selections, cabinets, countertops and paint. The biggest strength of this company, however, is the people. Amanda does not work for Matt, but was recommended by him to help me make all the decisions for all of the many items I would have to order. Amanda has her own home design business. She was extraordinarily helpful with suggestions for paint, backsplash, cabinets and doing all the ordering of the various materials such as faucets, doorknobs, etc. In addition to meeting with me on several occasions, she called or emailed at various times to check on progress and answer any questions. Cheryl is an outstanding person at Renovation Resolutions. Any home remodel requires an incredible amount of communication between the homeowner, the project manager and all the different contractors. Cheryl handled all the communication. She called, emailed, texted, or met with me in person on a daily basis in order to answer all my questions, get my input on one facet of the project or another and offer suggestions. Once a week she sent me an email outlining what would be done the following week. She even gave my neighbor some contacts for a fence-building project. My neighbor used one of those contacts and is delighted with the job that was done. All of the people Matt hired were professional. The crew took pride in their workmanship. Everyone always came to work on time and on several occasions worked beyond their eight-hour day to get an aspect of the project completed. They worked in a timely manner. From start to finish, the complete remodel took two and a half months. The crew had to work around my three pets and me as I lived in my house while they worked. The final cost came in over my original budget, but that was because of some additional changes I went with at their suggestion or that I found I wanted and they accommodated me. Examples would include installing a fan in one of the bathrooms that previously didn’t have one, replacing all of the plain doors with two panel doors, and replacing all the baseboards with new modern ones. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to hire Renovation Resolutions for any of your home projects. They work as a team with you to provide a product that you will enjoy and they do so with great communication and in a timely fashion.

We interviewed three contractors to remodel our bathroom. The first contractor was way over our budget and would not provide an itemized pricing list of the work that they were going do. The second contractor's estimate was much closer to our budget than the first, but again, they were not very forthcoming about where the numbers were coming from. Matt from Renovation Resolutions, came and listened to our ideas, asked what our budget was and provided an itemized list of how much each part of the renovation was going to cost. This gave us the opportunity to add or subtract work from our project as the budget allowed. There wasn't any guess work or vague promises. I asked Matt to provide a second estimate for a separate guest bathroom to see if we could fit that within our budget. That way if we liked the work being done on the initial bathroom, we could have our guest bathroom upgraded to match. Matt's team, which most often included Javier, Cesar and Adolfo, were prompt, courteous and genuinely nice guys. Matt and crew would make suggestions on improvement to our original ideas, while staying within budget. Matt organized time and resources, so that there was continuous progress throughout the duration of the job. The renovation experience felt like a contractor and homeowner team effort. We were so happy with the work performed that we had the new bathroom, the guest bathroom, and the master bedroom renovated. We plan to use Renovation Resolutions to remodel our kitchen in the future. I would recommend Matt and his team at Renovation Resolutions for any home project.

I hired Matt to paint and carpet the interior of my elderly mother-in-law's home. Matt and his crew worked with us to accomodate my mother-in-law and her sister as they lived in and around the work being done. The crew led by Herbert and Danny worked diligently to get everything finished within a weeks time. They were so kind and did a very professional job. We are very pleased with the finished interior! Thank you very much Matt and Crew!

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We hired Matt for a complete kitchen remodel. Matt and his crew were consistently on time and cleaned up after each work day.Matt kept us informed and checked in to make sure we were happy as the project moved along. After hearing so many horror stories regarding contractors, Matt exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our new kitchen. The attention to detail and quality workmanship stood out throughout the entire project. We highly recommend Matt and his crew.

We hired Matt to do extensive renovations to a newly purchased home including 2.5 bathrooms, elevating two sunken floors is the living spaces, new hardwoods (and the refinishing the existing) and carpeting, tile work for a floor and the showers, paint interior, and custom shelving for the walk in closet. Matt also did an number of add -on jobs to numerous to be listed. Matt was always up front with the costs and suggested cost savings along the way. He always kept me updated on the work and stuck to the remodel schedule even with the added work. Matt did an excellent job in all aspects of this job, from the first quote to the final walk through at the end. I would highly recommend Matt for all your remodeling needs and will definitely give him first call if I need something else done to the house.

I hired Matt to do a list of things for my moms newly purchased home. It needed new flooring, all new paint inside, two doorways widened to accommodate a wheel chair, then the old fiberglass shower enclosure removed and custom walk in-tile shower with a bench installed. Matt and his guys did great work, finished on time and for substantially less money than other offers. Communication was great, no issues what so ever. I would highly recommend Matt and his team for anything you need!
