Reviews
Write a ReviewSometimes it is difficult to find a contractor to do a relatively small job. We need our guest bathroom refreshed with carpet removal, new floor tile, new toilet, and new sink faucets. This company scheduled this in and only took two days to complete. I highly recommend them. Their motto is "no job is too small".
He was on time
Good natured, professional and easy to work with. Kept the place clean and respectable to our need to continue living in the house during construction.
Working with Paul has gone extremely well up to this point. Since he is building a new ADU/ detached separate living space, it has taken extra time to get final plans and permits. It looks like Paul will be ready to start very soon and I ll update as the build begins. Since the project is not complete, and the survey would not let me skip the review for final overall ranking, I gave a 3 star (that s the only reason it wasn t a 5). I m excited to get started and I m confident Paul will build a beautiful dream space that I will move into this fall.
Working with Reliable Renovations was hassle free. From designing the new space, to final inspection, RR met all of our deadlines, created our dream space, all at a reasonable price. We'll definitely be hiring RR again for our future projects!
Reliable Renovations was top notch! They remodeled our guest bathroom and it is absolutely amazing. The quote was spot on, the team was professional and courteous. Most importantly, my wife and I are thrilled with our new bathroom. Thanks Reliable Renovations!
Thanks, Delon, We appreciate your comments and support and look forward to working on your master bathroom and other projects around your home.
Simply put: I needed a Contractor to do the work. I realized from the beginning of my bathroom remodel that I would have to draw on my years working as a home construction manager to manage this Contractor to make sure I got what I wanted the first time. Paul had a tendency to ask for money (Progress Payment) when his workers were not finished with the work or that the Owner has not had a chance to review/inspect the quality of the work as it progresses. Paul hung around close by my home when he requested a "progress payment"...I brought that up to him that this made me uncomfortable but he said he did not do that. I left it at that... Same as when we were going through the "Scope of Work" for the Contractor. It did not appear as though some of his other clients really go through the Contract in detail because he was very surprised at my attention to the detail of language in the Contract. Again, this was okay, because I do that sort of negotiations and scopes of work language in dealing with Contractors every day. Would I hire Paul again as a Prime Contractor, only if I had the time to manage him as my project superintendent. My bathroom took the scheduled 3 weeks or so, so I only had the same 2 guys doing the work. They both were very professional, great to work with, very clean / organized with the construction debris and dust. I trusted them to be in my home.
Be specific in your communications and follow up. Not always the best communication with this company. I had to push for the things that I wanted at times when they wanted to compromise or talk me out of something when it turned out to be a bit more work. I was very frustrated and even mad at them at times, but it all worked out at the end and I love my bathroom.
Paul and his crew are fantastic! They are easy to work with, understood exactly what we were looking for, and made updates without any fuss when our selected appliances didn't exactly fit. All of the workers he had in our house were kind, respectful, and felt like a welcome part of the family by the end of the project.
Very responsive if you are not happy with the way things turned out. He would gladly do things over if there was an issue. He doesn't try to sell you anything and i really appreciate that. He was very cooperative and made it look very elegant on a budget! It turned out very nice!
