The team made a 20x15 concrete patio. The product turned out fantastic and exactly what we wanted. I would have like to see some better clean up.

The crews work was great, you could tell they took great pride in what they did. It certainly showed because the results were beyond what i ever expected. I now have a beautiful bricked in pool and walk way to enjoy forever.

I canĂ¢ t say enough good things about Reliable Landscaping & Irrigation. They were prompt and efficient in everything that they did. Our experience started with their project manager Nathan. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and offered suggestions of how to accomplish our goal of adding several steps to our sloped backyard. Nathan explained the entire process and showed a genuine interest in our project. We were also very pleased with the owner Richard. He took the time to come out to our home and talk about the best options for our Hardscape project. He researched and found the best materials. Richard took the time to personally meet me at a local distributor and explained what we needed to look for. When we did not find a product that I liked he reached out to other step distributors in the Nashville area. He genuinely wanted us to be fully satisfied and happy with our choices. The two gentleman, Ricardo and Mario that came out to do the job were exceptional. The quality of their work and their work ethic were superior. They were very polite and courteous. We were amazed at how well they cleaned up the yard when the job was complete. Their attention to detail was phenomenal. Good communication is very important to my husband and I. We give Richard and his team 5 stars. They did everything they said they would do and in the time frame they said it would be done. We are very pleased with the finished product and glad we trusted Reliable Landscaping with this project. Will definately use them again in the future for any landscape or hardscape needs and recommend them highly.

I hired Richard and his company Reliable Landscaping and Irrigation to complete an aggregate concrete patio extension in my backyard. Despite very bad weather, he and his crew went the extra mile to complete a great looking patio and to help me rehabilitate my yard after they completed their work. Richard is an exceptional communicator and clearly takes great pride in his work. I m very happy with all he did for me, will use him again for future outdoor work at my home, and strongly recommend him.

Owner, Richard M, promised a lot of things and did not deliver on many of them. He was very scattered and most of the time seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Richard never picked up his phone and was not good at returning messages. He refused to fix a problem after he got paid. I wouldn't recommend his company to anyone.
