I was looking for a company to clean my town house every two weeks. Owner came out to survey my house and gave me a very competitive price. They performed a deep clean soon thereafter which was performed satisfactorily. However, when I tried to schedule a regular two week cleaning he couldnt give me a set day or time immediately without talking with his current clients. This went on for hours. In addition, I found out this company didnt cover their employees for workmans comp so if anything happened in my house I would be liable. It because obvious that this was was a very small company. If you are willing to live with the risk of no insurance and have the flexibility of when you want your house cleaned then you will not have any issues with this company as they performed a very nice cleaning job. But if you want a set day and time, I would recommend hiring another company.

I said to you, when a new client hires us, we need to find a good spot for her/him among our recurring clients. I was constantly informing you about my diligence. As I said, I was waiting for some answer to say to you the days and times available that would fit in your schedule. We always find a spot for new clients bc clients postpone or my supervisor helps our crews if we have more houses to clean in one day. Anyway, Thank you.

They responded quickly and were able to provide a same day walk through of our house and price quote for a deep clean. They cleaned the stove top, wiped off finger prints from out stainless steal appliances, cleaned the baseboards, and several other small details that were stood out. We are looking forward to them cleaning our house bi-monthly.

The two women sent by the company were excellent. They were very professional and thorough. They cleaned wherever it was needed, not as the boss said was in the price. It was a regular cleaning of a small house, so was a bit expensive to do long term.

This was the first time I've had anyone clean my house so I didn't know what to expect. No worries:. The girls were excellent and my home was perfect when they were done. Will have them come to clean on a regular basis. Also was happy with the cost.
