I am very happy with this company. They were very thorough in their explanations and honest about the pricing/warranty info. My parents are elderly and can not get into their crawl space to see the work so they requested pictures. They were extremely accommodating. They showed them the pictures at their home and later emailed them. We would definitely refer them, as well as hire them again - if needed. Thank you!

Our experience with Reliable was nothing short of excellent from the very first call to schedule the estimate through completion of the new drainage system we had put in. Dominick, our sales person, was professional, kind and knowledgeable not to mention accessible throughout the whole process. The crew came out under less than optimal weather conditions yet dug the new drainage system without complaint. Reliable Basement Services stands head and shoulders above all of vendors I met with. They are reliable in professionalism, industry knowledge, installation, customer education and genuine "caring". Their team worked together seamlessly In installing drain tile sump pump and they healthy liner in the crawl space oh f my home. They conducted themselves with the utmost decorum with regard to my home and me, personally. They were impeccably conscientious from beginning to end. Reliable Basement Services lives up to their name! I highly recommend them. Maximum stars awarded!

Anthony was straightforward when he came to inspect my basement and he did not try to convince me I needed to spend tens of thousands of dollars to completely redo my basement.

My appointment for repair is still pending but I have spoken to and dealt with Frank A. and he is always response and easy to deal with. It took 6 weeks to get the appointment for the work to be done but we have gotten rain almost every single week for the last two months now so they were busy. Frank was great to deal with!
