They were able to come out when the others were not running or stuck in the snow and was able to diagnose the problem with minimal cost.

The Service Tech who came to my home was was in too much of a hurrry to correctly diagnose my problem. Instead he replaced my thermostat for $240 simply because it "looked 40 years old" ... I mean, come on, seriously? Anyway, it didn't fix the problem so I got them back out to take a second look which was like pulling teeth because they wanted to charge me another $80 service charge to fix what they should have fixed before. Turns out I needed to replace the entire unit. They never refunded the original $240 that they told me they would and they quoted me $6000 to replace the entire unit which I got a better company to do for $3400.
Response from Company:
This customer never met the tech at the home? All of our techs are paid by the hour, not by the job. It is to their advantage to take their time and do a thorough diagnosis. We don't replace parts based on age or looks, only if is is not working as designed We guarantee our work unconditionally for up to one year and there is never a charge to return for related issues. With regards to a quote, either he didn't quote "apples to apples" or like many of his other statements here....were exaggerated or blatantly false.
