Reviews
Write a ReviewI would not let refloor install anything in my house they are the worst
The sales representative, installers and project coordinator were great. The sales representative came back out by our request to show us a new style vinyl tile that we decided was better than our first pick. Installers were on time, moved furniture and cared about their work. Project coordinator called after installation and BEFORE installers left to see that everything was to our satisfaction. It was!
Great customer service and expedient scheduling and completion. Jamie was Excellent
Thank you so much CJ for your 5-STAR review! We LOVE seeing positive feedback, such as yours. This is what Refloor is all about - fast and easy lifetime floors! We are so happy to hear that our team members and installer, Jamie, exceeded your expectations! Thank you for choosing Refloor - Grand Rapid's favorite flooring empire! Enjoy your beautiful new floors!
Refloor is extremely organized and professional. Their communication alone was 5 stars. They were extremely patient, answered all of my questions and my floors turned out beautiful. They moved all of my furniture, installed the flooring, cleaned up and put all of my furniture back. They were over the top friendly and confident. I would definitely recommend Refloor!
Refloor did a great job on my basement and laundry room floors. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made picking a color easy. My old floors were scratched up because of my dogs but my new floor is definitely more durable. I definitely recommend Refloor to anyone that wants new flooring in their home, you won't be disappointed!
I hired Refloor to come back and do my basement too. The installation was delayed due to stock shortage but the floors are in and they are beautiful. I hired my own painter to stain the moldings to match the floors. The floors look so much like real wood. Great job!
My experience was great. The salesperson, Adam, was very knowledgeable and was patient with us as we took a long time to make a color choice. The installation took about 2 -1/2 days and the floors came out excellent. The GM came out to take a look and deliver my extra planks. Very happy overall. Highly recommend Refloor!
I have spent the last few weeks dealing with Refloor. Its been a huge hassle. Many many mistakes were made. A lot of promises were made. Especially by my sales person, that werent correct or true. My sales person took pictures of all my personal financial documents and lost them!!! The contractors sent to do the job had been shown pictures of the surface of the floor. the day of install. $2000 more to level the floor. Contractors chose not to level the whole space and put a bandaid on something that apparently needed surgery! The floor snapped , crackled and popped . My newly painted walls were smudged with white caulk , finishes were not clean and professional. 2 people , a contractor and the GM came separately to see that I wasnt over reacting to the poor prep and workmanship. It was decided the whole floor should be lifted and glued down. The workers came on Fathers Day to do this and determined the floor needed to be leveled correctly and a different quality floor be installed instead. The sales person came back the following day , I chose a new flooring he was completely unaccountable for his statements . Blamed the flooring company for misinformation. Contractors returned the following week , removed the flooring , completely leveled the cement . At that point GM ( who swore the original flooring chosen was [redacted] ) offered to put the stuff back down!!! He told me. Now that the floor is level it would work. What to believe at this point. I went with door number 2 and took the second choice flooring. The flooring was installed Monday and Friday. I have taken 7 days off work for this to be completed properly( unpaid )! fought to have a timely and properly finished install, my belongings in the space damaged / destroyed because the sales person promised everything would be moved and then put back and the contractors werent on the same page and blamed me the customer When the workers left , what they considered a finished job, nothing was moved back, my lifetime of Christmas decorations was dumped upside down and broken ornaments everywhere, the doors to bathroom and utility rooms were not rehung , garbage from the job left in my driveway. The new floor looks good and because I wouldnt settle for mediocre, the walls where they ruined my paint and finishing edges around pipes were corrected. The one person I d really like to thank in all of this Samantha, the project manager. She helped get my financing through, she took me seriously and was accountable for the company. I would do your due diligence in choosing a flooring company . Lots of research and read reviews. If you dont have a perfect level floor this may not be for you. The sales person did his job. He sold me flooring!
I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I
Absolutely loving my new floors!! The installers Mike, Spenser and Brandon did amazing work. They were knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process and were spot on in the timeline provided. They all happily wore they're PPE the correct way which was a HUGE plus for us as clients. I would highly recommend the company AND this team of installers.
