Write a ReviewI signed an IPad trusting the salesman that everything was written the way it was suppose to. Do Not sign the iPad. Was to put carpet taken up to my basement. They hauled it away! Ordered Shaw flooring and paid for Shaw flooring but that is not what they put down! They did not have to move furniture because i hadnâ t moved it as of yet! This was end of May 2024. Put wrong color coving under kitchen cabinets. Wrong transition strips. I have dents in the flooring ,My dining room chairs will not slide evenly across the flooring even with felt on the bottom of them! I was told if there was a problem with the subfloor they would make it right! I called an attorney cos I feel I paid $12,000 for Shaw flooring did not get it to find out salesman lied. He did not put Shaw flooring in the iPad. Did not put they were supposed to put carpet in basement. He assured me it was Shaw flooring and the sample had a Shaw flooring sticker on the back of it! I was sick this day but my daughter was with us when it was all ordered So my daughter let the installers in and all they asked her was which closets were to have the flooring in them! They are suppose to be here August 8 th I will then let you know the end of this miserable story! Only because I canâ t pay an attorney $250. An hour is why the big dogs get away with screwing the under dogs like me. DO NOT SIGN THE IPAD!!!!!!
I posted a review a month ago about poor installation quality, was immediately responded to by refloor to contact Donald about this issue ,I called him and left a voice message with a phone number two weeks ago and never heard back, you can see how Concerned DONALD really is!!!!! We understand your frustration and would like to address the concerns you have raised. Firstly, the work on your property was completed in 2022, and you signed off on the job completion form at that time, indicating your satisfaction with the work. Given that this is a rental property with tenants moving in and out, it is challenging for us to verify any issues with the back door that have arisen two years later. The door?s condition could have been influenced by tenant usage and other factors unrelated to our installation. Regarding the flooring issue, at the time of installation, the old tiles were undisturbed, and we were able to install the new flooring over them without issue. However, over the last few years, these tiles may have shifted, leading to the current asbestos concern. Due to the property?s age and history, there is a significant likelihood of asbestos, which is why we require a clean air certificate from a licensed abatement company to confirm the absence of asbestos before proceeding with any corrections. Ensuring the safety of both our customers and our installation teams is our top priority, and we cannot risk working in an environment with potential asbestos exposure without proper clearance. We sympathize with the inconvenience this situation has caused, but further work from us cannot proceed without ensuring a safe environment for our team. Once you provide the required documentation, we are ready, willing, and able to rectify the flooring to ensure your satisfaction.
Absolutely horrible company. Do not purchase floors from them. My flooring was originally installed incorrectly, with transition strips that my kid was stubbing his toe on they were so steep. All documented with pictures. The ladies in the office(Melissa, Susan, and Katie) were not very helpful and had no urgency. The installers have shown up late every time, and were not prepared since they came with no materials. This has taken up WAY too much of MY time to get this resolved. Once they got their money, I was nothing to them. I should have known better than to not go with a local company. 3 months and 2 installers......still waiting for my floor install to be up to the quality it should have been in the first place. For info $6200 for ~500 sq ft

The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price.

I hired refloor to repair and install flooring. The salesperson was awesome and did a great job at explaining everything. How they would would replace the subfloor and then put down the flooring I chose. Unfortunately, none of this happened because they said they do not replace the subfloor ( but it was quoted in my contract) plus I had to pay 1/2 of the cost because they cannot repo floors. OK and the gentlemen ( very nice) did not speak enough English to explain why on my day (I am excited for this floor to finally be fixed and beautiful.!) That they cannot do the job... Long story but after waiting and speaking with more than enough people I have asked that my money be refunded and I am still waiting. Project was scheduled in July it is now October and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. So I would only recommend this company to people with perfect floors and just want a different look. It will definitely cost if there is some leveling that need to be done.
