My contact at the company was very thorough in conveying information regarding move to me. In retrospect, I would not have spent the extra time and effort in obtaining the parking permit, signs and barricade, to post in the moving van and in the parking area anticipated to be in preparation for the moving date. It turns out that the van driver had moved someone to this location before and parked forward to the intersection designated as a bus stop. Additionally, when I gave him the Parking permit to post on the van dash board, he seemed quite unfamiliar with what it actually well. Also, even though a barricade with signs was posted on the block indicating, "No Parking starting "Week of ###", a small U-Haul was already parked in the area, apparently thinking it was being posted for him. With all that, in the end, even though an unnecessary added expense, the quality of the work was quite excellent!

We had 2 appliances to move, neither of them easy. They calmly problem-solved together how to do it. They were personable and friendly and comfortable to have in our home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

These folks made moving so easy! When I called to book them, they were personable, professional and responsive. I was thrilled to get a date so soon. The price quoted was lower than expected. We needed help unloading a storage pod filled with very heavy tools and furniture. The team was fast, efficient and hard working. They expertly moved the industrial grade table saw, planer, cabinet saw, and other woodworking tools into the garage. They also moved all of my art studio furniture upstairs with great care. They worked diligently to get the pod unloaded quickly which was definitely appreciated since we were paying by the hour. We’ve used this moving company before and I would hire them again. When I referred them to a friend, she had the same great experience.

I had Dustin and Alex help move me today and they were the BEST. Super friendly yet super productive and helpful. 10/10 recommend this company, but especially these two movers. Will 100% use again and request these two next time needed!

We had an excellent experience with Miguel and Mario (I believe was his name) during our recent move. They were incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process, and they took great care to ensure that all of our belongings were handled with care. They were efficient and hardworking, and they were able to move all of our 2-bedroom apartment's belongings in a timely manner. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better moving experience, and we would highly recommend Miguel and Mario to anyone looking for a dependable and professional moving team.

Redefine Moving performed our house move from DeSoto to Arlington. The movers were punctual, professional, and hard-working but they caused extensive damage to furniture, newly installed flooring, and new paint. Redefine has refused to reimburse us for those damages. The onsite crew leader took photographs of the damage caused in our stairwell that ruined the new bullnose treads of the flooring and gouged/scratched fresh paint and walls completed the day before (I was assured by him that these damages would be addressed). My wife's desk with return and hutch had several pieces smashed and damaged. Redefyne did offer to cover tile damage that occurred but we are not going to rely on their assertions that it will be fixed. Buyer Beware!

It was a challenging unpack due to the long distance from the truck to the front door half an elevator that was in public use. Yet the two gentlemen who accomplish the task did so effectively. Thanks Redefyne. *2nd review- Redefyne again managed a move from the same location, although this time it was out instead of in. Auto collision meant needed help with packing and moving. However when only to movers and no packer showed up. My quote included 3 packers & movers. The two men who showed up said they could not do the move and pack since they were commissioned to only move items to their truck. A was forced to call their office and notify them that the printed copy of my quote indicated packing and moving items, which I had arranged online with their sales department. [Again, I was injured and could not complete the packing on my own.] Redefyne manager told the two men to pack and move me. They did a great job and kept the quoted price agreement...Until nearly a month later an $800+ was automatically taken from my bank account by Redefyne! It took multiple calls trying to get this straightened out. Finally the owner/manager and I had a phone meeting in which I allowed him smaller portion of the added charges, while reminding him it was his company error, not mine. I had been clear when I made the arrangements for this move to assure it would be done in a manner which my injury would not be at issue. And I did pitch in during the process, despite pain issues. This is why I must remove two of the 5 stars given for the move-in to the building. Sorry guys.
