Greg, the representative was very professional. He even took his shoes off before entering our home. He was very patient, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns.

I would like to give a negative star if the option were available. I am sorry Calvin, William, and Philip, but your manager Daniel Plata has made sure that I am disgusted, twice. The bathroom remodel is not yet finished (with a curtain rod still pending), I told project manager William that I would wait for the final inspection to sign the Certificate of Completion (which states **work completed to my satisfaction**) since I am not technical, and it would be a nightmare if I signed **to my satisfaction** and the inspector raise any concerns. William was fine with it, yet Daniel Plata called up, pressing me to sign right then, note the project was not yet finished then, and not even now. He explained that they would wait for the final inspection should the permit had been pulled by Reborn, and since I am pulling my permit (Reborn quoted $1760 for the permit btw), they just cannot wait for the final inspection. Daniel Plata then threatened they would put a lien on my house if I did not sign then, I said by the time the final inspection is done they probably have not started filing the lien, hence what is the point? I have scheduled the final inspection next Tuesday which is the earliest available on the system (two business days from now, note the project is not yet finished). My questions for Reborn are 1. Is it Reborn's company resources that Daniel Plata is planning to use to put a lien on my house? If so, it is even legal to file it now that the job is not even finished? It was Thursday morning at 9 am when I received the email from Daniel Plata that Reborn is putting a lien on my house. If Reborn's manager is doing something illegal, does it hold Reborn responsible for its negligence in management? 2. If Reborn is confident with its project quality, why is there such a huge press on forcing a client to sign CRC stating satisfaction before the final inspection? As far as I could perceive, with Philips's attention to details, job is done well, but I am not technical, and why is Daniel Plata so afraid of the final inspection? 3. I have signed a 12-month interest-free finance plan with Reborns partner, hence Reborn should not worry about getting paid, why in such haste? Next Tuesday is only two business days away, plus the job is not yet done. 4. Customer service-wise, Calvin, William, and Philip are in the front line, doing their job, being helpful and professional, making positive customer experience, while Daniel Plata making sure that customers are disgusted, not only by the way he is conducting business but also by the intention and psychology behind it -- power (I have the power to manipulate company resources to put a lien on your house, how dare you little client say no to my request, rejecting to sign RIGHT NOW!) Hi Reborn, is it how you conduct your business?

To repair my 4 by 4 shower with a new shower pan and remove about 4 feet of rotted wood from the side walls and replace the wood and tile cost me $24,000.00 and I hate the shower because he never told us before starting the job that we would have to wait 6 weeks for the matching tile that we selected so we had to select other tile that was mismatched. But he replaced the hardware also. The shower head is too high. He replaced the hot and cold water controls with just one single handle so I cannot conto how much hot or cold water that I want. The job took 7 weeks when he told me it would take only 2 weeks. This was not a bathroom remodel only a showere repair. He is not good at communicating and explaining the necessary details.
