Replaced shower and vanity in 1 bathroom, installed new cerimic tile in shower, bathroom floor. Vanity and tile covered over bathroom exesting vent. (wife takes cold shower when she ) . Shower doors had excessive spacing and had to be reinstalled, so as not to leak on floor. The existing commode when reinstalled now leaks. Lance Read was called to repair but never showed up. The existing bathroom door has scars from demon. Molding both shoe and base not installed correctl. Shower no. 2 was even worse. When they left not finishing, his worker stole items from house. I have pictures and can/will invite anyone to see. This was the worse experience I have ever had in my life.

Philip Brown subjected my employee and me to watching him verbally abuse his wife daily. He tried to steal my nail gun. I had to call the police to escort me to his house to recover my tools. He lost his wallet and phone and accused me and my employee of stealing them both which he did eventually find. This is the only negative review I have ever received and the first customer in 30yrs that I had to call the police on due to safety concerns for me and my staff. Sincerely,Lance Read

I would definitely recommend Read construction as he was very detail oriented and did a great job with our tile and was proficient in plumbing. It did take longer than expected but we got everything done just in time. Thanks for everything Lance!

Very knowledgeable & Professional. Highest possible recommendation. Starting from the Demolition to install to Clean-up, Read Construction left no evidence of the work, other than the Improvements themselves which were top notch.
