I allowed Caleb to start the project because we had a break in the cold weather. But he started the project (which would have taken two days) and left to work on other projects. By the time he got back to mine, the weather had turned cold. He assured me that he could pour in below 40degree weather, but he used old wrinkled insulation blankets which were not laid flat. They were improperly placed. When they were removed, the concrete was mottled in color, due to air pockets. I have no idea if the strength of the concrete will be compromised over time. One blanket was applied correctly with the black side up and one was applied with the black side facing the concrete (incorrectly). Also when he removed my old old concrete path and pad, he badly damaged my siding by running the tractor into the siding when lifting the old concrete pieces. He took no responsibility for the damage he did on one side of my house. I told him that the house had just been painted, he still insisted that he had not damaged the siding. However, he did admit to the damage in the front of the house because I had seen him do it. I do not recommend Caleb. He also charged me $200 to dig one post hole. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work done, along with the damage to my house!

Caleb has a wealth of knowledge from his life experiences and is reliable. He worked alongside a contractor we hired and did every complex skill our large outdoor project entailed. He did our fench drain, large patio with steps, driveway and walkway with curb and gutter, and regrading. He works very hard, provides rational for tasks when asked questions, has a good attitude and shows up for you as a customer. If there is an issue/delay, he will communicate it, unlike many contractors.
