Raj was meticulous, a perfectionist and thorough with the job he did for me. I would absolutely highly recommend him for any job since he?s a general contractor. He also built a carport for me too. Hire this guy, he takes pride in his work.

Raj had to fix what contractors left undone or incorrectly undone. He created a new custom door saddle and had to cut the exterior and interior exit doors and did a fabulous job. In addition, he finished carpentry work on my basement window which was also left undone. He custom made an interior waste trap door. Finally all doors were painted. All his work was performed excellently and neatly. He came up with thoughtful solutions. We negotiated prices. Raj was very reasonable in making adjustments to the cost of the project. I like his work so much that I hired him for a separate project. His work is superior and I feel luck to have found a contractor that was willing to repair what the first contractor left undone. I would highly recommend Raj for any household project. Raj is an outstanding person and contractor. Excellent work.

Raj is a con-man. He first quoted me $220 for the job then claimed he had to get wood for the job and cut it and doubled the cost to $440. We settled on $380 and I paid ONLY bc I needed the job done for a party that day. Beware of his bait and switch deceptive practices.

This review comes 6 months later, after I completed work in January 2022. Mark requested my help for another project in June. I was not able to accommodate the consumers time line for the new project and I feel he wrote this review in retaliation. I would have liked to work for the consumer but was busy with other jobs and was not available until August. It is unfortunate Mark replied with negative rating.
