We are thrilled with our beautiful, spacious custom home. Mark from Rainier communicated efficiently and promptly throughout the process. His attention to detail as well as attention to our price threshold gave us exactly wanted we wanted on time and in budget!

Rainier did my home renovation. It was quite extensive as was older home. They calmed my wife's concerns about the inevitable mess , as they were very diligent about plastic protections and cleanup along the way. A big plus for happiness and peace during the build. All in all we were thrilled with the finished project and are considering now working on the upstairs. We will certainly use Rainier again.

I hit the jackpot when I found Mark Smith and his son Austin from Rainier Construction. I had envisioned a 2 story duplex in my head with an untraditional 1st floor plan and he was the only builder to say "no problem" after others tried to get me to modify. From the time construction started there were little to no delays and the work continual. I have heard construction-savvy neighbors remark on the quality of the work on the duplex as they watch it go up which makes me elated! After just a few months the framework is almost complete and I can verify that the plans were carried out perfectly. Rainier construction gave me top-notch materials and built better than "according to code". Mark and his son Austin are a great pair to build with. They have been honest, professional and fair throughout the entire building process. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere!
