I got 3 estimates for my roof and gutter replacement. Rafael And Iris Roofing by far gave the most thorough written proposal as soon as they were done -- having spent more than 90 minutes on my roof (everyone else sent theirs a day or two later and only one came close to the level of detail of Rafael And Iris Roofing). Aviv spent another 30 minutes walking me through their proposal, showing me pictures they had taken, explaining recommendations and answering my questions. The resulting work was high quality, on time, in budget and nothing was too much trouble for Aviv, Lisa and Carlos throughout. Excellent customer service, good price, fast work, great cleanup.

Thanks Aviv and crew for my new roof and deck. After the past winter my flat twenty year old roof developed some major leaks. Aviv (Owner) was able to come out quickly and access the situation and come up with a very comprehensive plan that made sense for my situation. His quotes are very detailed and covered every question / concern I could think of. When you first meet Aviv, you get a sense very quickly that he takes great pride in his work; he knows what he's talking about and is happy to address all questions and concerns. Texting or Emailing Aviv was always met with a very timely response. Aviv was able to get me on his schedule quickly and his very professional and knowledgeable crew (Thanks Carlos) were out and stripping off the old roof in no time; a far superior roofing system that should last for 20 years and was very competitively priced was installed. His Crew were also very on top of their game; they were always available to answer questions and go over the steps of the roofing process. My flat roof also had an existing deck that needed work and had to be dismantled for the new roof to be installed and I had a second area where I wanted a new deck built. After seeing my "Gold Star" roof completed, I was concerned about another contractor coming out and damaging the roof to install a new deck; there is a very exact way to install decks on flat roofs without puncturing them. I asked Aviv to remove and reinstall the old deck and build a second deck on the opposite side of the roof. Once again, Aviv and the Crew came through with my amazing new Trex Decks; couldn't be happier with the high quality of work balanced with very competitive pricing. I recommend R&I Roofing highly.

I really can not emphasize enough how impressed I was working with this company. We went through the lengthy process of interviewing multiple roofing contractors and at the end of the day landed on Rafael And Iris Roofing. There pricing was very competitive and the customer service was far beyond what you typically receive from other contractors in Los Angeles. I really have to reiterate again though how impressed we were with there team and how easy they made everything. I thought having our homes roof redone was going to be fairly stressful and this was far easier to deal with then just about every other project we have done recently, and there have been a lot! If you're looking for a roofing contractor, I would highly suggest you give them a call.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, specifically Aviv. Twice we had him out and was able to show-up within one day of our call. Looked over our roof and made some quick fixes right on the spot, didn't oversell like other contractors have. Really great experience.

Rafael and Iris Roofing did a great job on our company's flat roof in the Down Town area. Aviv was our account manager, He was highly attentive and gave a very fair and competitive price. Would give a higher rating but there was a delay and miscommunication in the start date for the project and pricing of the NDL warranty, which ended up being a little bit higher than the initial quote. However even with those hiccups we would recommend them.It's been almost a year now and the roof has held up well so far. They provided attentive service and good response time even though we are in Los Angeles and a lot of contractors are not responsive at all. Carlos was also very attentive and helpful in making sure the project got done right.
