Their arrival was on time. The two Rachel Cleaning and Services representatives were cordial and professional. The issue was the lack of gas filling the receptacle that ignites the gas fireplace flame. Following the initial inspection of the gas fireplace, I was informed the fireplace required cleaning and inspection which they did along with ensuring the gas will properly ignite when switched to the on position. All with well and I was thoroughly satisfied!

Bill made time for us when he didn’t necessarily have time that week and wanted to make sure we didn’t get scammed by another company. Super personable and helpful! We got what we needed the next day and at a reasonable cost!

RCS came and cleaned & serviced my wood burning insert. The professionals protected my floors, cleaned up after themselves, were extremely informative, and educated me on preventative cleaning as well. I would definitely recommend BCS for servicing your fireplace/wood burning stove/insert.

The two men that worked on my chimney were very professional, on time, and efficient. Good communication. He took pictures of what needed attention and explained the process. I will use them again.

Bill also removed a hot tub that was built into our deck and remodeled the deck. Looks brand new. Also some endow sills needed replaced. Bill made those look like new.

I found the work to be unacceptable. I will never hire these people again. I posted photos on Facebook and the comments mentioned for workmanship over and over again.

Bill Law of R.C.S. did a floor and shower tile install in my master bath. I wish I could post pictures. To me the work was unacceptable. In my view, it was so poor I was shocked. I'd never seen anything like it.. I will not hire them again. When I told Bill I was unhappy with the work and I couldn't accept it, I felt that Bill tried to bully me into accepting the job he had done. He told me no one else could do it better or fix the problems I pointed out.
