    RSW actually did the work at the time of their estimate appointment as the leak turned out to be a small hole. I paid their minimum $250/hr for labor but nothing else, I.e., repair material. The work did not take an hour, so RSW is giving me the credit towards the next project they handle. Wes and his associate were actually early for the estimate appointment, which was perfectly fine with me. They were also very nice, professional, and clearly answered my questions . I'm very pleased with this experience. PS: it hasn't rained yet so I can't honestly say if they caught the whole problem or not.

    We have them repaired our leaking roof. They came to inspect and gave us estimate immediately. The cost to repair the roof was reasonable and they did an excellent job.

    I am recanting my previous review on this company after the owner came to my house and inspected what his worker did. He was very kind enough and professional, refunded the whole amount I paid, which I refused but he insisted. He asked his other worker to go up the roof and looked at the job the second contractor did, and also offered his service if the second person was not successful in preventing the leak inside the house. I have to wait until it rains though. He also explained to me that his worker did the job without reporting to him what he was doing.

    I Called RS when my roof was leaking during the rain last week after West Coast Gutter told me that there was one broken tile on the roof in one of the two chimneys. So Wes, the owner sent a worker. named, Jose, he climbed up to the roof and started fixing without even telling me how much it will cost. So he went down to the lower roof and started checking the side window where the leak was coming from and started lookin under the tiles. At that poinI asked him how much will it cost for his work, theat was the time he called Wes and told me the price up the roo is $125 minimum. so he lwft. The leaks inside the house were not fixed. So I called Wes again and he sent him back to fix another leak on the front roof which the gitter cleaners didn't tell me. That was fixed at least no leak that time. The next time it rained the leak got worst- Jose came back and aske my permission if he could open the ceiling as he said the leak is not coming from the side roof. he opened up three holes on the ceiling totaling thre with 1foot by 1 oot next to each other. He said he was going to ome back to climb the other chimney and use hose if the leak will be coming from there. It was a guessing game. and we ended up spending Christmas with unsightly mess on the ceiling in the family room where relatives and friends gather for the holiday.
