1 day before my daughter's 13th birthday. 2 days before Christmas. My hot water tank goes out. You talking about anxiety. Smh.... I was a mess. In comes Richard and sons home services!! The father & son duel was more like Batman and Robin! They were very professional an considerate in every way. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the job was perfect. Like they were never there. In short. They saved the day. I'm happy with my new hot water tank.

Always answered the phone directly, even at 11pm on a Saturday. Showed up Sunday by noon, installed new and removed old tank and hauled away for no additional charge. He and his son worked well together efficiently, and both very polite. Would recommend to friends.

Richards and Sons are excellent. They arrive on time, setting to work right away. Their knowledgeable when it comes to making the right repairs for old homes like mine (Arts & Craftsman Style House 1911). Their prices for these jobs are really hard to beat. These guys are great! I would recommend them to any homeowner. They are friendly and personable.

Richard and sons were excellent got hot water tank put in no hidden cost up front with price like most others would not give he and his son were very professional knowledgeable and very friendly no mess and what ever water dripped from old tank was cleaned up he also explained and answered any questions you had 5 star job wish you could go higher you definitely need to look him up Iâ d hire them again in a heart beat
