R&R cut the whole tree down for less than the others was going to charge to cut down 2 big limbs and a few small limbs from the same tree. It,s a husband & wife team. Than came out and gave me a estimate. I gladly accepted it. They told when when they would be back. That was it I never had to meet or talk with them again.( not that i didn't like meeting or talking to them ) They showed up like planned did the job cleaned it all up and hulled it all off .sent me a invoice for the work. It was so easy,no stress or worrying. I WISH ALL JOBS WENT SO GOOD

They are experts in unfinished work. They were supposed to come back to remove 3 remaining trees, and fill the ruts with dust. They never replied despite sereval attempts. Plus they are unable to remove trees higher than 40 feet... Don't hire them, they are not reliable.

RICK DID A GREAT JOB AND QUOTED A LOW PRICE. WHEN HE DID A BETTER THAN EXPECTED JOB, I PAID HIM A LITTLE MORE, BECAUSE HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK SOON TO FINISH. NEVER DID. I HAVE MUDDY HOLES AND TIRE GROOVES IN MY YARD WAITING TO BE FILLED IN. I TEXTED HIM WITH THESE COMPLAINTS AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HIM. HS WIFE, RHONDA, WAS WITH HIM AND SHE GAVE ME ALL KINDS OF PROMISES, NONE OF WHICH HAS HAPPENED.

came two days in a row did not clean up after the project was "completed' left a branch in my yard which I could have been sited for. overall I am very unsatisfied with the work that was done.
