The owner, Rick Chapman, explained everything in detail to me prior to the work being done and did everything he said he would. He and his assistant, Glenn, were very thorough. They were very professional and very nice and left my home as clean as they found it. Definitely worth spending more money for than those companies that charge less but rush through and do a crappy job.

Rick did a thorough job and even reconnected a duct that was separated and did some taping in other spots that needed it. My only dislike was left a little debris in a couple of places. I would definitely hire him again.

Rick and his assistant worked hard and long on this one. I was amazed at how thorough they were. Now we'll find out in the weeks to come how much effect the cleaning will have on our allergies!

Professional, thorough and friendly. I never was sure whether duct cleaning was a necessary thing. We built our home 34 years ago and finally decided to do the ducts. Wow...they needed it, and Ductz got them sparkling clean, including the furnace. I really liked these guys.

Rick Chapman made me feel confident regarding his service. I chose DUCTZ because I felt like they would do the best job and that Rick had given me a fair quote over the phone so there would be no surprises at the end of the project. I had another offer, and they quoted about half the cost of DUCTZ, but I didn't feel like they would be as thorough, or there might be hidden charges at the end that were not part of the original quote. He was timely, his team was thorough, and we are very happy with the quality of work done in our home.
