This was my second project with ROI after having a great experience with the kitchen remodel in Dec 2021. This second experience was not as great as the first, there were mix-ups with grout colors and wall painting among some minor incomplete details. Overall ROI did do their best to fix the few issues and they seem like a solid company, it did seemed like my project was small compared to what they are used to, the service seemed lacking this time. Jafet did a good job. In the end, the painting and the grout work were satisfactory, The entertainment cabinet they installed is top quality. They did finish the project on time.

This was a remodel of the majority of my home. Luis and Josue worked closely with me, listened to my ideas, looked at the pictures from Pinterest I saved, and with the help of the designer, Cynthia, provided me with a spectacular, magazine-worthy home. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They showed up every day ready to work, dealt with numerous changes/additions that I requested throughout the project, and did so with a wonderful attitude. I donâ t think many people can say they throughly enjoyed the process during a remodel, but I had a blast. My home turned out so much better than I ever dreamed possible.

I hired ROI Construction and Maintenance to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel in my home. I selected them after receiving several estimates from other contractors. The reason I selected ROI was because of all the others, they spent the most time with us and had the best vision for our project. In areas that we were unsure of, they provided suggestions and guidance. Together we were able to come up an awesome game plan to create our dream kitchen. The project was quite extensive and involved removing a wall and rerouting plumbing. As you might expect, with such a big project, there were some unexpected glitches along the way. What I think impressed me the most, and why I highly recommend ROI, it that as minor issues/problem arose, they just addressed them. They didn't try to gouge me for more money. In fact, during the project, MAJOR plumbing issues were discovered. At this point, I was really at a position of disadvantage. If they wanted to, they could have really taken advantage of me. I suspect, a less honorable contractor would have. Instead, they completely fixed the issue and only charged me a modest amount for the extra work involved. Lastly, a couple of months after the job was complete, I noticed a water leak under my slab. There was no way to tell if this was from the work that they performed or a completely unrelated issue. I called ROI and explained the issue. They sent plumbers over to help solve the problem. I was promised that if the leak was a result of their work, they would take care of it. As it turned out, the leak was unrelated to their work but their reaction shows that they are obviously ready to stand by their work. As far as the completed project, WE LOVE OUR NEW KITCHEN. I highly recommend these folks.

Excellent communication. Project delivered on spec and on time. We spend most of our family time in the kitchen and now it looks like something out of a magazine. Excellent work!
