The President, Fernando, was the first to respond to my request for a quote. That was on a Friday. They showed up first thing Monday morning and provided a quote immediately after scoping the job. Job was completed the following Monday. He quoted architectural shingles but adjusted the quote to meet my needs and budget since this was a project for a stable/barn (not a house). Found other roofing contractors to be inflexible. Everyone on the team was incredibly professional and the work product was the best. Cleaned up thoroughly. Incredibly respectful workers. They were the best estimate of the 5 I received and did a great job. They were willing to replace our roof on a Saturday to avoid the rain predicated for the following week. The team arrived on time and covered our deck and landscaping with large tarps to protect them. They stripped the old roof and replaced a section of rotted plywood. They then installed the new roofing and finished the cleanup in one day.

Giovanni was the RNC manager on my roofing project. He was extremely professional, knew the specifics of a roof and gutter replacement, and helped me get a new roof within a week of contacting RNC. He worked with my concerns about Covid virus by helping me avoid contact for the estimate. He came to my home, left the samples at the door, and then went about the business of doing an estimate. When he was done he called me on the cell phone and we discussed the specifics while he sat in my driveway and I was safely in my home. The roofers were professional as well. I HIGHLY recommend RNC.

RNC was outstanding from the start to the finish. My home doesnà ¢à  à  t have a deck which required the RNC crew to work harder and they had the hindsight to work smarter. Fernando arranged to have the shingles delivered to my home and placed on the roof before the start date which facilitated the entire roof installation project. Giovanni explained the roof installation in concise detail and was available on site for the duration. I was extremely impressed with RNCà ¢à  à  s punctuality, cordiality, tidiness, workmanship and overall professionalism. Fernando was in constant contact with me and followed up with me after the completion of my roof installation. My roof installation performed by RNC was a positive experience and Ià ¢à  à  ve already recommended this company to one of my neighbors.

I really can't say enough about how impressed I am with RNC. Giovanni put this project in motion in record time since the December weather gave us a very short window of opportunity for the install. My HOA required a specific Certain Teed Mastercraft shingle and he found it within 24 hours. The install started almost immediately and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. They brought out a sizable crew. These guys are total pros... and this job was not easy. The house has several elevations and some of them are four stories off the ground. This was clearly not their first rodeo. They cleaned the job site very well and finished on budget and on time. Their workmanship is impressive and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Fernando was very good at patiently explaining the details and he did not talk down to the customer. Every time they called they left a message.

Roof repair is impossible for me to inspect and there is no County inspection, but certainly from my perspective they were prompt, communicated well. The price was reasonable, They did an awesome job cleaning up everything. Fernando was very helpful when he came to discuss the estimate.
