Would totally recommend for work. The owner has a good customer service mixed with the bedside manner of an old Vietnam cranky old man style. They did excellent work. Replaced 100 year old clay pipes with an excellent product. If I had to nitpick for something, I would say I wish the replacement concrete was smooth on the edges. But that is minor and the least of my worries

Handled the job with great professionalism and costumer service.

I had to call multiple times to setup/confirm an appointment time. They did not complete the job so needed a follow up reschedule. Missed the day appointment time and then came that evening and tried to charge an evening fee even though they missed the appointment during the day and did not call to update their status that they were not coming to the afternoon time. Unsafe practices did not clear clog. The owner yelled at me in my driveway at 10:15 pm in the middle of my neighborhood when I asked for clarification about services and charges. There was no need for this and was very unprofessional. I found the customer service and communication was not acceptable. We needed to call a different company the following day and they were courteous, completed the job that day, professional, and pointed out many missed steps that were made by R and M septic that ultimately cost me time and money. There are many other options in the area and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company was not honest about pricing. I was told it was going to be $275 and then when they showed up to get the project completed, they added an additional $75 so they could dump the waste into the city? It would of been nice to know about that fee when I inquired about the pricing to begin with. I felt like they lied to me about the cost. And their follow up was not good, they didn't return my call when I asked why they didn't mention the fee to me in the beginning.

They are not the cheapest company but the do great work.

They were great to company to use, the person doing the work was also great.I would use in the future.

Even though his machine began to malfunction he assured me he wouldn’t leave me in a bind. Fortunately he got the clog so all ended well. Very personable and my heart went out to him as he was having a horrible time with his equipment! Will use again in the future.
