Response from Company:
Total Sq.ft. of Carpet that was cleaned was 453sq.ft. The first 500 sq.ft. is 99.95 and there was a 40.00 charge agreed by the customer to pre-treat the carpet for heavily soiled traffic areas and the sanitizing at no charge for a Grand Total of 129.95.

RG carpet cleaning messed up my carpet. I called the owner, Roberto, many times and did not hear back from him. I was very disappointed at how he handles the situation.
Response from Company:
The customer was informed that the area rug had a manufactures problem after speaking to the manufacture. I was also out of town that week and did appologize for not responding quick enough. It took about a week to resolve this issue.
