The team from Artisan Decks was fantastic from start to finish. The estimate was very reasonable. We had one estimate from another contractor that was almost double Artisan's estimate. We had a number of one-off needs that accompanied the deck tear down and rebuild. They helped us with all of them. They provided good recommendations for all of them. Throughout the project there communication and execution was impressive. We are just thrilled with the final product!! Highly recommend.

The Artisan Decks crew was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had four bids to add a porch with roof to replace our 23-year old deck. Jakeâ s presentation was the most professional by far. He arrived with samples, photos of similar work, talked over all the possibilities and patiently and cheerfully answered all of our questions, and clearly laid out the costs with all the different options we asked about. Once we selected Artisan over the other options, Jake kept us informed of every step along the way of when they would work, what would be accomplished in the coming days and weeks, when inspectors and subcontractors would arrive. Jake recommended we leave the substructure of our old deck to save some costs, and created a wonderful roofed porch that will bring joy to our family for many years. They showed great attention to detail and easily overcame any obstacles they encountered. Highly recommended!

Artisan Decks just finished building my deck and I cannot say enough good things about this experience! They were on-time, detailed, efficient, friendly, professional, craftsmen, cared about the customer, cared about their work, listened, seemed to love what they do, communicated clearly and consistently, responsive to questions/concerns, and overall were excited to be working on the project! They were also very reasonable with their estimate/cost. I would give them 6 out of 5 stars if possible...all around they are the best!

The Artisan Deck team did a superlative job. Our very old deck was transformed from a rickety and less-than-functional structure to a well-designed, solid, low-maintenance outdoor living space. They helped us explore options for materials, colors, and design, while keeping our budget in mind. They were extremely professional, skilled, and efficient in their work. They answered all of our questions clearly, patiently, and in a timely manner. They worked non-stop, from beginning to end. All three seemed to know EXACTLY what they were doing, and were very respectful and friendly. We're very glad we chose Artisan Decks, and highly recommend them.

After working with a number of deck construction companies on a bid to build a composite deck on our lake property we hired Artisan Decks. They had the most reasonable bid and their estimate completion timeline was sooner than the others bidders. Shane, Jeff and Jake were all professional and more than willing to discuss options and progress with us. The deck was done on time and looks great! I am considering having Artisan Decks update my existing wood deck on my house to composite in the future and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Worked with Jake on the design & teardown and he, Shane, and Jeff all worked together to build our new deck and it turned out as great as we were hoping. They were all professional, efficient, and thorough throughout the project and delivered the final result exactly as designed & discussed. We especially like the custom privacy wall, the extremely sturdy stairs, the picture frame deck look, and the bright deck lighting at night. Couldn't ask for a better experience from a deck contractor!

Shane, Jake and Jeff were so much fun to work with I wish the project would have taken longer. But they dug the footings and built our new deck in a matter of days. And the results exceeded our expectations. They were always willing to answer our questions and make sure we here satisfied with their work. We had our landscaper working on site at the same time and the guys coordinated their projects so everything stayed on track and looked good in the end. I HIGHLY recommend Artisan Decks! Great customer service, great work, great guys...You can't ask for more. Bill
