    I went to john almost 2 months ago when my computer wouldn't even boot. I couldn't tell him a whole lot on the issue but he did figure it out. I also was moving in a few days and he worked with that fixing it fast. It was a much cheaper price and it was actually FIXED and not "fixed". I wanted to wait to see if the repair would last and it has. I am 100% pleased with the repair and would recommend him to anyone with a computer issue.

    ISince John was new to me, I didn't know what to expect. But I was pleasently surprised at his professional expertize, his responsiveness to phone calls and his depth of experience. I would recommend John in a heartbeat. He isn't bargain basement in pricing but offers a good value. So pleased...and my computer works great.

    John Estep does great work and is very, very knowledgeable about any aspect of the things that go wrong with the computer and peripherals. And I can believe what he says, if he says that something is wrong with the system, I don't have to wonder if he may be trying to boost his fee. If there's nothing wrong with the system, he will tell you that or if there is a cheaper way to do the work he will tell you that and you can make the decision.

    THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, JOHN AND RANDALL. IT WAS A 45 MINUTE DRIVE TO THEIR OFFICE BUT SINCE I HAVE FOUND TRULY HONEST, FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS KEEPING YOU UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF YOUR COMPUTER, I WILL NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.     Charge way to much, $150 and was there maybe 1hour, did not repair my computer at all. Yes it Has some age on it, but still works. Just needed a update which he did not do. Only talked a lot about nothing. I would not recommend him to anyone. Was supposed to update one program on team viewer, I have sent several messages and no reply. Not happy at all.
