I do want to add my personal experience and also speaking for my wife, "Richard is phenomenal'. Myself being in the commercial building renovation, I shared what I wanted for transformation. His work is comparable to Commercial Class "A" reno! The conversion project from nearly nothing to fully functioning suite was simply beautiful. We collaborated on ideas and he came up with solutions that was made into reality. This man is simply award winning, in my opinion. We did a lot of work that simply fantastic. Richard was on-time each day and delivered results. It's getting to be fall season now, so next year I will contact Richard without a doubt. To sum it up, he us genuinely talented, hard working, super pleasant, practical evolutionist, and a nice person. You can count on Richard!
