Robert took this job after a long distance phone request in April. He never heard my voice before but trusted me enough to start working on the job. He told me that I would be on monthly billing so just to wait for a bill. The bill never came but he continued to do the job. Plus, he trimmed trees and hauled a full trailer off the property. Finally, 4 months later, I reached him. His 5 year old has Covid-19 so his life got very complex. But after a week in isolation he still came out and worked on the property. He got his first paycheck today. What a remarkable soul.

Account/record keeping was poor. You need to keep your own record of services and amount paid

Robert is a hard worker. He gives good value for his service fee.

At this time I can tell you Robert came to do an evaluation of the job and helped fill in the details of his regulated industry in FL. He hasn't begun service but is knowledgeable and is showing up earlier than scheduled to make the yard look great again as it did when we first saw this home as it came on the market.
