Rafael was great. The old water heater was too complicated to be repaired, so we got a new one, and he did a clean job, and charged me very fair. I will engage him again and for all the house plumbing work, plus he is licensed as well.

Initially we had bathroom toilet leakage and house water control valve shutdown issue fixed by RB plumbing, they responded quickly and fixed professionally, and they charged very reasonable price. In the past two weeks we had a few other water leakage issues fixed: replaced sink(2) and kitchen(1) faucets, and replaced old angle stop with new one. Raphaels worked thoroughly, and spent time to check after each fix to make sure no leakage, very responsible.

I recently had an issue with my water heater and decided to utilize RB Plumbing. Raphael was very quick to respond and scheduled me for the very next day. He showed up right on time, fully prepared, and explained the situation clearly so I knew what to expect. His professionalism and knowledge were top-notch, and it was clear he takes pride in his work. The problem was fixed efficiently, and he even took the time to clean up afterward, leaving the area spotless. The dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident. We had two issues: 1)water control valve malfunction which could not shutdown water to house; 2) toilet stop valve leakage. The first two snapshots are before fix and the latter two are after fix. They help purchased parts and fixed the issues timely. The price is very reasonable and within my budget.
