Having water damage and discovering black mold is a traumatic experience. Joel responded right away when I called. The mold was discovered after opening the walls where the water was. He understands the health damage mold can do. So he worked hard to be sure the whole house was checked. They can do this before tearing open all the walls now. He tested areas that might be suspect and opened the walls and ceiling carefully so that he would not damage areas that were not affected. He and crew worked hard and long hours to resolve the problem. The roofer he brought in is the best. He has made sure every area under and damaged was replaced. I am so happy with the work, the products used and the people working here. Joel made sure we knew all that was happening and needing to be done. The best! I recommend this company!
