I remodeled my garage. Some exterior brick work and enlarged the space. Installed new metal cabinets across one entire wall. I had new electrical and plumbing installed. They also installed a new garage opener and installed new outlets. They did the flooring all drywall work. The garage looks like it came out of a magazine. The project cost about 20% less than 2 other estimates I received.

I hired them for 3 bathrooms in my house. My old house looks modern and completely new. They were accommodating and very flexible. Their prices were very reasonable and they did not nickel and dime any part of the job. They also threw in a lot of upgrades at no additional charge. I would refer them and use them in all future projects.

The owner stopped by house every day but one to make sure everything was going as planned and to let me know the next steps, such as selecting paint colors. This company also did a complete renovation of my kitchen at the same time that my powder room was remodeled. The workmanship is excellent, and because of this, I will be entering into two more contracts with the company to have my basement completely remodeled and to have wood doors installed in rooms on the second floor of my house, as well as plastering and painting in my second floor sunroom, which I use as my office.

Young Shin and his crew completed a minor house renovation for us adding a closet, wall, and two doors between rooms. While the project took a couple more days than originally expected, his crew was finishing up important detail work that made the project look great. He communicated quickly and his pricing is reasonable. We paid 50% down and 50% on completion and had no issues. They worked with difficult not square old walls, an antique door and hardware I sourced to match our house, and some other quirky details. We will absolutely use him and his team again.

As an investor, I couldn't have had a better experience. They went above and beyond to deliver on promises, even when they're were miscommunication. Super courteous and professional. Will absolutely hire again.
