Reviews
Write a ReviewI was doing business with a company named Aqua techniques that Quench acquired. Quench had my business and home, and I wanted a smaller company with better customer service. I called Quality Water and spoke with Chris. I asked him to take over my business installation and the service of my home. Dennis, a technician with Quality Water, came to my house and changed the filters in a reverse osmosis unit. After service, water dribbled out of the faucet. Chris made another appointment to come out today, 11-08-2022, by noon. When I called today, I spoke with Chris. He told me the appointment was not before noon but between 1 and 3 PM. He wants to install a pump to solve the poor pressure. I explained that for 25 years, the water pressure was always good, and I never needed a pump. Why would the system need a pump after the filters were changed? Logically, if I never needed a pump, and the pressure was good before Quality Waters service, something happened when the service was performed that restricted the flow of water. Again, he insisted that they install a pump when there is poor pressure. He was not interested in listening to logic; he just wanted to sell me a pump. NOW, WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY OFFICE? My office is in Lynbrook, New York. A service person came to my office about a week ago. He removed the hot/cold water unit connected to a dedicated water line and installed a Quality Water unit. The unit leaked onto the floor and the service person said he did not have the correct fitting to solve the problem. He would return. A service person returned to the office and installed a different Quality Water unit, and this so-called NEW UNIT began to smoke. Quality Water removed the unit. I am a new customer. A new customer should be a priority for any business. You grow your business with new customers. Not the case with Quality Water. They did not seem to be in much of a hurry to correct these issues. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ps: I rarely complain about poor service. I did business with Aqua techniques for over 25 years and never had a problem until they sold to Quench. I am listing my name, phone number, and email as I do not believe in anonymous reviews.
This company is a scam, my representative is WILL and all he does is lie and mislead. All I have had is PROBLEMS since this company installed my water purification system. 2 Floods, the system currently does not work and they do not care. I know other people that are having the same issues, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or deal with WILL VEITCH he is a scam artist.
they were good
Excellent service. Kelly Thompson was very informative and helpful. The installater was very friendly and respectful when he patiently explaining how to use the system. I highly recommend using Quality Water Group.
Responsive and helpful.
They did a great job! I knew I wanted a water filter for the house and drinking water since we were moving out of NYC and their awesome water to an area with a crappier water source. And I was about to have a baby! Anyway I did endless amounts of research, including multiple water companies that do their own install, and direct to consumer ones where I could just buy a system and install it myself, and after thinking about it for months (literally), I finally went with QWG. We worked with Maria (who is absolutely awesome) and the cost was reasonable. Between what they offered and how pleasant the experience was, I’m glad I picked them. We have a whole house filter and an RO system that they were able to hang in the basement so it doesn’t take up space under the sink, and it’s hooked up to both a faucet at the sink and the fridge as well. Exactly as I wanted. It’s been a couple months, and the water’s great so far. The support is great too, which is big. Can’t speak for long-term usage yet, but so far we’re very happy! Thank you!
Quality water came back several times to my house to fix a leak in a fitting in a RO system that was due for membrane/filter change. I was very impressed by their head technician, Kelly who fixed the leak that the other two technicians didn't. Customer service was excellent as they came back same or next day after I called.
enez was great from start to finish
Quality Water Group installed a whole house water filtration system as well as an under the counter reverse osmosis system with an instant hot. Our representative, Bob, was very knowledgeable and advised us on the different options that he recommended. It is important to note that he was NOT pushy at all and did not fearmonger (like the two other companies that I had met with). Bob truly went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went as seamless as possible. Our install was done by Mike and Nigel, who did an excellent job. They explained each step to keep me informed during the install. Our water is now free of chemicals, we can taste (and smell!) the difference. Quality Water Group is reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Bob and his team!
We chose Quality Water Group to install our whole house filter, reverse osmosis and instant hot water. Several of our friends have used them and had nothing but positive things to say. Due to the unique setup of the original plumbing in our home, there were some unexpected obstacles along the way, but Bob and the rest of the team were able to find the necessary workarounds. They have returned several times at no additional cost to do testing and make minor adjustments to our system to make sure weâ re 100% satisfied. Bob, Mike, Nigel and everyone else we interacted with at the company were very friendly and professional. They are fairly priced, especially with the value that their team provides. The water tastes great and is free of harmful chemicals. Weâ re happy with our system and the overall experience the company provided.
