Miguel Mendoza was an efficient, talented young man and did an excellent job and followed through the next day to review the re-sealing of the brick surface. Highly recommend him... while disparaging your website. It sucks.

We hired Quality Service to clean and coat our patio and fix some loose bricks. They fixed the bricks and power washed the patio but never sealed it. Every time it rains all of the mix that they put between the cracks washes all over the patio and it is like walking on sand. I have reached out to them numerous times and at first they said they would come back to fix it but never did and stopped returning my messages. Would not recommend them.

Many home owners and clients are complaining about the polymeric sand washing out.The company who made it is standing behind their issue and admit that it?s not ready and will be pulled out of the shelfs due to imbalance in materials and chemicals. You did have a heavy storm which could of also been the issue. Nevertheless we will come this week to fix it when the weather allows. QUALITY SERVICE Stands behind our work and it is important to us to leave the Project completed to our Customers Satisfaction. This is our REPUTATION we can have 1 million

Better scheduling practices are needed but the work quilitiy is excellent. Plus megeul is a very pleasant person when on the job and that goes a long way.

Mr. Mendoza left me satisfied to say the least. He took care of the Tuckpoint and did the inside of my New Stone Veneer Fire Place! Loved my final result would definitely recommend to give Quality Service a shot at your future project. I know I will in the near future.
