Tim was my first point if contact and was extremely responsive and gave me clear explanation for the quote which he wrote up in detail. He gave me a fair price and honored it after the job ended up being a bit more than he bargained for. I also dealt a lot with Isaiah who made several visits to check in progress and make sure the job was completed sufficiently. He was an excellent asset by helping me find an active leak that would have been a nightmare if left Un-repaired. He was polite and always showed up when he said he would and listened patiently to my concerns. In fact everyone who I worked with at Quality Restoration was professional and reliable. I highly recommend this company!!!

I had the worst experience with this company. I had water damage in my basement I called to have them come out based on my plumbers referral. They were great initially. Came out set up their equipment to dry out the walls where I had the leak. Tore down sheet rock and etc. They told me theyd come back in a few days to pick up fans and start with the restoration. Heres the kicker. After tearing down walls and etc they never called or came back. I called numerous times and was told someone would call me back. Never happened. This went on for several weeks which led into a couple months. Mind you I still have a torn up room with plastic over my furniture etc. I called again said , this is absolutely ridiculous I was told the owner would come out to meet with us and go over some things. Well , the day we were supposed to meet we got a call from the project manager who told us he wasnt sure why I was told theyd do this project because it wasnt big enough!!?I told them dont you think someone should have been up front with me from the beginning??? I would have immediately hired someone else. Now mind you they wanted their money ASAP for setting up the fans and etc. Bottom line Id never hire them nor refer them to anyone.

I had water damage, Steve and Cameron came out and did a good assessment and removed the damaged carpet and set equipment to dyr the area . These guys are very professional and friendly I would definitely recommend this company .
