He makes sure that the job is done correctly and to your satisfaction. His prices are reasonable and fair. He is courteous and communicates well. He has a vast array of skills and I have hired him for several projects after he completed the door project I initially hired him for from service magic. He has completed all the work to the letter. A thorough professional. I am very impressed with Mr. Chambers of Quality First and will be hiring him again and would recommend you do the same.

Quality first responded quickly to my request for information, and the customer service was fantastic. I did not use Quality First to do the job only because another contractor had the equipment needed for this specialized job. My initial dealing with Greg from quality first was wonderful.

After Mr. Chambers contacted me about my repair I needed, he was very frank and straight-forward about doing the job. He asked me questions that provided him with the best solutions. He stayed in touch with me and the day he arrived to do the job he was very professional and well equipped to do the job. Within an hours time he was finished my house was as good as new. Mr Chambers also offered to return to fix any work he had done, which is hard to find these days. I told him that I have more project for him in the future.

Greg was great! He showed up on time. He even came out New Year's Eve to do emergency repairs before the forecasted rain came in (to prevent further damage). Quality First is definitely the perfect business name considering the fantastic quality work performed.
