Initially Randy was very helpful and spot on with his assessment of the issues. He made some very good recommendations. the price of the quote was good and fair-- it became an issue with performing the work and following up. It then became a problem where he would not respond to calls or tests and emails.

Quails Home Improvements, LLC took a piece of our home and gave it life again. The new "She" shed as it is now called was a challenge from day one until the very end. But years of experience prevailed and now it is a beautiful part of our property. Not only is it a place of valued storage that gave us our home back, with great insulation through out, Randy was able to hear my concerns and see my vision of creativity, in how it was going to be used in the future. It was changed from an eye sore to a thing of beauty.

Randy and Scott were super to work with. They know what they are doing and are very receptive to questions. Since I was adding an awning over my double garage doors it took a lot of discussion and exchange of ideas for how to get it built to suit. I believe it will work very well. The price was very reasonable and they completed it in just two days.

The owner of the company showed up when he said he would, and was very responsive to my needs and timeline. They went out of their way to accommodate us, and didnÂ’t sacrifice quality in the process. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again!
