When Vade with Purple Heart removed the tree in my front yard, he CUT the IRRIGATION LINE with the tree grinder. The resulting water leak has caused significant PROPERTY DAMAGE. The damaged wall is saturated with water and is blistering. I have photos and videos. Vade was contacted about the situation immediately and he does not want to take financial responsibility.

Purple Heart Tree Service has always gone above and beyond to insure the safety and professionalism of each job. When this job was completed the water lines had no leak. I was informed that there was a leak 6 weeks after completion so at that time I went to the job site and capped the water line. I offered to fix the damage. The client only wanted financial restitution and was not wanting to go through my insurance or their homeowner insurance. My company does adhere to scam or fraud. -Purple Heart Tree Service
