Very pushy on doing more work than was asked. I appreciate being informed about additional issues that may/may not need to be addressed, however that is the homeowners decision. I may choose to hire someone else or do it myself for cheaper - there is no need for sales-pressure tactics.

When first contacted I was impressed with the customer service. They explained the processes & what I could do to be ready for the cleaning. The choices of prices to fit my issues & concerns, was also explained, in detail, so I could make an educated decision. The working crew also was very knowledgable in what they needed to do. They were polite, non intrusive, and quiet. They went above and beyond to help us get the air quality back to a healthy environment. This will sound strange but the air seems lighter. All 4 of us in the house, no longer do our customary 4-6 sneezes in the morning, or upon entering the house. I will add my house had issues, and for them to eradicate those issues, has been a major health benefit. I would highly recommend to reach out to the Pure Air LLC if you find yourself sneezing and need your entire house air systems cleaned, and sanitized. IT HAS, I REPEATT, MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE !!!!!

The experience was good but they should notify customers when there may be an additional cost. The price I got was for a maintenance call but when inspected the deep cleaning needed to be done. I got the deep cleaning done. He also suggested that the air duct, I can not remember the name he called this section, that cools the basement be cleaned and it was priced by the length of the duct. I paid the extra bc I have been in the house a long time and it has not or was never done before I got there. Do a better job at informing customers of all that may need to be done upon inspection versus just the offered services.
