    Pure Maintenance of Georgia did an outstanding job from start to finish. They professionally evaluated our situation and the dry fog eliminated the mold we had on our enclosed patio. They also recommended we purchase a dehumidifier which has kept the humidity to an acceptable level. We are very satisfied with this company.

    We had no idea that the HVAC system in our basement had gone bad until we began smelling a strong stench of mildew coming up from the basement. While investigating the smell, we found mold and mildew had started growing. It took ten days for a new HVAC system to be installed, and by then, the stench of mildew in the basement was overwhelming. Then the smell began creeping into parts of the main level of the house. We reached out to Pure Maintenance immediately after our HVAC unit was replaced. Their Rep arrived within a few days and suggested we use their fog treatment to kill all of the spores. The treatment was completed a few days later and our basement is usable again. I am so happy we turned to the professionals at Pure Maintenance, and I highly recommend them to anyone else suffering through a mold/mildew issue. I'm told their fog treatment also kills allergens, (and other things), so I'm trying to convince hubby to have our whole house done on an annual basis.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
